I had a small issue with my booking details, or at least I thought it was an issue and was probably overthinking it a bit, so I messaged bookyup.co.uk. I wasn’t expecting much back quickly, but they replied in about 10 minutes, maybe even less.

The person actually seemed to read what I’d written instead of sending some generic response, which I appreciated. They were friendly and sorted it out straight away. Maybe I just got lucky, but it was a really easy support experience and I’d use them again.

I tried using bookyup.co.uk it was a bit of a pain. Some pages loaded fine, but other times I was sat waiting or having to click the same thing twice before anything happened.
Finding what I needed wasn’t very straightforward either. The layout isn’t awful, but it feels messy enough that I kept going back and forth, and the repeated verification checks started getting really annoying after a while.
It did work in the end, but I wouldn’t call it a smooth experience. The site would be much better if it was simpler, quicker, and didn’t keep making you prove you’re not a robot every few minutes.
